If there’s one powerful skill that Millenial women possess more than any generation before us, it’s a very pro-active willingness to examine our behaviors and biases, trace what fuels and informs them, and have a bold openness to shutting out bullshit and changing for the better. I mean, it’s pretty fucking hard to do in reality, but at least that’s the idea.
